Members of the Franklin County Four Wheelers of PA, Pipeline Four Wheelers and Columbia Hill Climbers joined together to clean portions of state roads in the Michaux State Forest. The clean-up took place on April 11, 1998.



Club members who participated from Franklin County were: Steve Forrester, Wendy Forrester, Nicholas Forrester, Tim Burkholder, Tawyna Burkholder, Clarence Bounds, Randy Alleman and Don Linard. Members from Pipeline Four Wheelers included: Ken Stein, Rich Urmy, Pam Weidemoyer. Members from Columbia Hill Climbers included Michael Brandt, Andy Miller and Brad Shoff.





A letter of appreciation was received from the Michaux State Forest office stating:

"The Michaux District staff wishes to thank you and all of the club members who participated the recent litter cleanup along a number of state forest roads. As usual, the group did a fine job. The dedication that your club has shown in helping keep our forests clean and green is appreciated. Once again, several eyesores on state forestland have been removed through your help. We look forward to your continued support."
